A New Scribe in Town!

posted Mar 4, 2021, 5:30 AM by Troop 395

Salutations from your new superior, finer, more preferable, and greater Scribe.

The meeting obviously started off with some verbal announc- I mean memorandums which included Miss. Kimberly's memorandum of emailing her for popcorn so get your popcorn before it sits in stock too long, and gets poisoned from being decayed. If you do not know her email already it is: kkschoolcraft@comcast.net
The child memorandums included going to TK Summer Camp for 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030! We might have Camp Ahbalufa with the lil' boys which means Pack 241.
Now lets get on with the foundation and base of the entire meeting! The camp gadget fashion show! Mostof the troop didn't do it and I didn't either but the people who did get an honorable mention in today's overview!
Daniel had a failed attempt at making a 2 foot by 2 foot die! It tilted too much and now it's only use it one good role before it snaps.
Kyan made a functional tasklight, the instructions are to stick it in the ground where it will stay and have common sense.
Adam made a firestarter, that is waterproof but ironically enough is not fireproof.
Matthew made a palm frond on a stick which he believes to be a broom, although it takes 10 minutes at maximum to make. Like a primitive broom.
Cameron had a hard time figuring out how to turn off his virtual background, but a minute later he figured it out. He made a clothes hanger which is useful for after swimming.
Jake made a potholder composed of nylon rope, sticks, and carabiners. It even works in fire!
Christian (not Fernandez) made a modest bench that works and supports his weight, and thats it.
Apparently, to Mr. Echeverri this 'camp gadgets' fashion show is to prepare us for wilderness survival where we start from scratch and take what nature gives. We only have what we fit in our pocket. Some of the more smarter choices owuld be things like multitools and pocketknives.

This wasnt a very busy meeting, nor was it very long. I fit all of what I could fit in here which is basically the entire meeting. Well folks dont go away because this has been The Price is...RIGHT!
